hurts in the morning, and gets better as I walk during the day. I little swollen.
09-08-20 Updating ankle sprain to probably partially torn ligaments or at least stretched a bit. Very swollen and sore to walk on in the mornings.
10-05-16 ankle like 99%....haven't had a problem with it in a few weeks. yaa!
did get some physio done on the ankle. Would say its about 98% now.
