I strained my shoulder during the Back & Biceps workout. It seems to hurt in back left just below the shoulder blade. It cracks when I move it back and forth. After it cracks it seems to be a little better but then gets stiff again.
Finally the shoulder is 100% better. I had still been feeling pain throughout my upper arm/shoulder area but it seems to be gone now. I had stopped doing certain yoga moves that put a lot of continues strain on my shoulder such as upward bows and bridges.
