Both knees and both hands - full forward impact on rocky ground as I fell during the Blaise Blazer. 3 stitches in the left knee, cuts and grazes on right knee and both hands. Both knees swollen, the left cannot bend much at all.
Laura took the stitches out after 9 days (A&E told me to leave it 10 days). Seems to be healing fine, although knees not fully back to normal operation yet.
