Strained something while doing shoulder presses with just the bar. This is part of rehab for my left shoulder. It didn't hurt while I was doing them, but hurt like hell when I stopped. Kind of felt like the injury to my left shoulder last year, only worse.
I'm putting this down as recovered. It still hurts, and I have to be careful, but I don't think it is likely to get fully better and I'm tired of looking at it on my log
