R Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

Did my first 'long run' for my marathon training, 7 miles and afterward the bottoms of my right foot was bothering me. Still bugs me periodically. Trying to do the stretches and roll a ball/soda can on my foot to try and help with it. Pain hasn't been bad, but enough that at times I seem to have a slight limp.

What seemed to help most was rolling the tennis ball under my foot and stretching (calf and towel under ball of foot). Not doing longer runs also seemed to help.
