Lower Leg, Shin Splints

Both Legs are feeling the shin splints. I am icing after I run, but there isn't really a whole lot I can do about it right now. I am just going to run and ice and hope they eventually go away.

There were some huge knots in my calves that were pulling the muscle on my shins. Once I got those out the shins felt much better
