L Arm, Fracture

Shattered left wrist/arm - 11 breaks. Internal plate, 7 pins and external fixator. In the hospital for 5 nights. Bike crash. Luck just ran dry. On the up side, the bolts coming out of my wrist certainly look impressive.
You just got to be patient. Oh, and don't smash yourself at the start of winter. Getting fit in the depths of a cold snap blows.
