Kneeling on right knee. Pushed up with left to stand and felt "ping" or "sharp knife like" poke. Hurts in the middle. Pressing all around knee.. nothing can trigger it. Feels like its benith the knee cap. Will thinks the two bones rubbed and its bused. Hurts like hell to turn, or push off sideways. Walking straight is ok, but still achy. Even wakes me in sleep.
