Torso, Upper Back Pain

Back pain radiating from lower scapula up my spine to my head. Due to heavy back workout at the gym and possibly due to (or exacerbated by) riding in TT position. I think work makes it worse too.

After doing a lot of yoga, and working in armchairs and on the couch instead of at the desk for periods of time, this is getting better. Not entirely recovered, but soreness and tightness is much improved.

The answer to this problem is to do yoga. And, apply some work station ergonomics. The other thing I learned though, is that two things can really tweak the back muscles--changing to a new bike position (ie TT), and high intensity weight workouts.
