Bruised groin upon landing after jumping ditch during SMOC event.
02/02/09 - Restricted left leg movement due to soreness felt on landing impact.
04/02/09 - Eases up after 1.5 miles so take the first bit gently.
08/02/09 - Its getting easier but it is noticeable when I slip suddenly on the ice. On that basis I chose to take things carefully (SLOW) today - but felt good to be out & moving.
10/02/09 - noticeable improvement unless I move/stretch left leg/groin suddenly. Ice on the ground does not help nor does driving sitting bolt upright.
13/02/09 - feeling a lot better after Pilates session y'day.
15/02/09 - definitiely on the mend; didn't really notice it on todays run until I needed to put effort in up some inclines.
22/02/09 - groint felt uncomfortable after 10k road event for approx. 45mins then eased up; legs felt worse !!
