January 12 - no pain with easy run.
January 13 - no pain 6 miles with 5% incline at easy pace.
January 14 - pain after 2 miles so quit
January 15 - some discomfort, but 6% grade and 10min pace seemed to stop further pain. Stretch. Sore from stretching. Ice.
January 16 - easy 4 with 3-6% grade. slow pace.
no pain. Stretch. Ice.
January 17 - two volcano laps. ham tight and sore, particularly on downs. only hurt to certain degree. ice after.
January 19 - 7 on mill. no pain. slight twitch, but did not limit run. still took it easy.
January 22 - no pain; 7 min pace with no problems.
