Thought it was a heal bruise, but after a week of not going away am pretty sure it is PF.

I started using a tape that seemed to prevent re-stretching of the PF when working & exercising. It is called X-taping from the book "Essentials of Athletic Training" by Arnheim. I should've done this much earlier.
