R Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

I've had this pain in my foot for a few years now and it wouldn't hurt very often at all, but there would be certain times it would. Talking to my athletics coach he said its Plantar Fasciitis. I don't just get it exercising, but also walking around town shopping. I also get in it my left foot too sometimes.
