Sprained calcaneo fibular ligament in my left ankle. The originally occurred in April 2008 at the British Sprint champs, which lead to a long time out of running and physio treatment. Though it now seams to be flairing up again with the increase in training!
I think I can now confirm my ankle is pretty much better. No swelling or discomfort after yesterdays long run. All the strengthening exercises certainly helped tremendously and my ankles are probably now stronger than ever.
