Torso, Lower Back Pain

Slipped a disk while playing with Hanna, so I just have to fight through it. Physio once a week for 10 weeks - bugger!

29th May Update - back is still sore in areas, but the physio is helping. After next week I'll decide if I can call it fixed or not.

Middle June - is definitely better now :)
