Torso, Lower Back Pain

Managed to sprain my back sometime last week. Basically any pulling, lifting, as well as bending, running, turning, standing up or sitting down is painful.

I did not do anything in particular to help. It was significantly better after 3 week, but it took a good 5 weeks to recover.
