Knee pain. Initially quite sharp, felt to be under the knee on the front, not specific and generally didn't worsen during long run.

Later pain felt worse in the morning. Vague pain while sitting at work. Pain while biking with seat down.

Suspected runners knee. Going for the rest technique.
Ice seemed to help.
Stretch hamstrings, calves

Rest for three weeks solid led to significant improvement. Biking with a bit of pain after that but seemed ok. Return to running after 4weeks ish. No issues.

Able to run with no pain after approx 1 month. Rest
