Ongoing issues. Knee feels "full", can't straighten, lump on LHS of patella (front) and another out the back (RHS). Could be worn out like the left knee, could be ligament issues again - anyway, intermittently as bad as the left, worse with duration, and doesn't easily clear up with icing like the left, hence the thought that it might be ligament related again.
