This has been coming on for quite some time. Pain in the area where my thigh meets my torso. It's in both legs, but at the moment condsiderably worse on the left side. Worst pain is when I'm just sitting. I can't do the hurdler's stretch on that side. Started noticing it weeks ago when doing my balance exercise where I stand on one leg and lift the other into a running position.

Rest, hot tubs, and lots of rolling out with a foam roller. Now I need to work on the strengthening exercises with a Thera-ring.

BTW, not fully healed, e.g., still can't get my left leg into the position I do for the bent leg stretch on the stairs.
