R Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Slight IT Band injury starting in Mid Feb turned into something much worse when running down hill while Orienteering. PT said that he thought there might be something else going on. Been doing stretches and feeling a bit better but having this checked out next week. In the meantime, just walking on flats is about all I can do.
