Getting better in May and worst from August.
Pain worse with uphill. Worse for longer runs.
Improving in Jan/Feb with glute strengthening and clams. Pain moved to high HS - separate injury.
Don't think pain is Piriforms - combo of other deep 6 - Obdurator Internus? Probably related to a slip.
