Awkward to walk, icing on 1st. Tuesday 2nd applied some Ibuprofen gel from chemist on non prescription. No swelling just calf pain centre of leg between knee bend and heel.
Denise's for physio on 4th
DVT confirmation on 15th-17th July (see notes). Waiting on blood test 16th Aug to see if Apixaban medication working
Upgraded severity from two to a four after 8-9 July
Now diagnosed with DVT after A&E visit 14th June due to leg swelling

Back running 14th August, taking it easy and listen to body
Properly back to form end August.
