2-3 severity of siatica that slowly came on after the run last night and was kickin this morning. Think the hard interval session induced it last night. Time to dial the intensity back until I've had a month pain free. Sitting, standing, lying are uncomfortable. Flexibility limited on left side with straight leg bend...odd b/c flexibility was great on Monday night.
Still haven't done any real running. A few short runs (few hundred meters) here and there. Only feel discomfort (nerve) now when doing twists (i.e. wood choppers, etc.)
