Hockey accident. Out for season but tried to run on it too soon meaning recovery took ages. Lost a lot of fitness as couldn’t train for 3 months. MRI scans clear now and fitness improving.

Knee exercises to strengthen muscles around the injury really helped but not running for a week or two seemed to cure it.
