L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Same old calf strain has reared its head. This time the left. Had upped the mileage this week and the calf strained after cp8 at Modderfontein.
Rested the week, but it went again after cp3 of the SA relay event.
A few visits to Dr Vic (interesting) and some rest seems to have worked
