L Lower Leg, Stress Fracture

Appears to be a localized and 'pinching' pain just above the ankles. And although there is no visible swelling and ankle pain has diminished over the course of few days, best that I stay away from exercising lateral parts of the legs starting from torso down to the feet until of course I fully recover.Treatment involves reducing pain through rest, ice and then stretching tight muscles in the lower leg including calfs.
