blah. Not too bad for daily life but I usually get sick when I'm worn out so resting is usually the best way to get training more soon.

Sleep helped a lot. Took longer to recover than I thought it should have. Should have taken more drugs perhaps (I took a nyquil like drug for three of the four nights to help me get through the night, but felt awful on Saturday after I hadn't taken it).
