L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Rolled coming off a bed fence crossing on steep hill. Limp back (from far corner of map!) to finish, immediate ice and bandage. Further cooling, elevation and compression over evening seems to have kept the swelling down.

Cleared for running but physio thinks still another 2-3 months for full recovery. Build ankle strengthening into normal exercise routine from now on.
