The dodgy back strikes again. Too much sitting in front of a computer. Heat, massage, ibuprofen - and then back on the fitball after a few days.

Lots of heat, stretching, brufen and mobility work. After three days there was noticeable improvement; by the weekend it felt pretty much OK.
