Bruised? heel - cannot walk and put weight on heel
Oh goody. It's plantar fasciitis I think. :(
Physio: Acute Plantar Fascia damage. Not chronic fasciitis. Rest, massage and ice were correct things. Have some exercises to do that involve bending big toe back but stopping the ball of toe dropping, which my left foot does, but my right doesn't.
Yet more exercises to try keep my body moving. :(
