Knee, Patellar tendonitis

Quad/patellar tendonitis. Lateral aspect of L knee, started ?after Ridley Creek (no particular injury--ran briars into the knee?), aggravated at Hickory Run by falling on it.
Continued to run on it. Did some icing and ibuprophen, but I think that time did the trick.
