I have been having IT band problems for a while now, but it has been getting worse over the past few weeks. The pain is on the left knee and generally flares up during mid-exercise. I have decided to pull back on my workouts for a while, and to see my school trainer for advice.

Balanced Strengthening exercises and thorough stretching is key to preventing injury.
