Sick, Cold

Slept very badly on Monday night.
Did not have any energy for CrossFit on Tuesday. Skipped CrossFit and my run. Was very cold during the day and body was aching. Went home early and slept for 2 hours.
Got a good nights sleep on Tuesday night.
Wed - did not feel the aching but was still very low on energy.
Thursday - Feeling 100% again!
