Torso, Lower Back Pain

Lower back pain started a day after cleaning the house - not sure it's related. especially when bending or sitting.

After running twice, decided to take a break for a few days.

7/3 - running again, during the run everything ok, but in general the pain is still there. It does feel better than last week.

14/3 - Orienteered on Saturday, and on Sunday it got worse again. Today (Monday) wasn't that bad in the morning and went out running, but later in the day got very bad again.

Stretches, back support and time.
