-Ongoing since coming back from Austria.
-have gotten needles and ART, both only seem to slightly get it better.
-have been doing glue strengthening but maybe not enough nor the right muscle targeting.
-can't stretch hamstrings properly, can bend over properly.
-might be high TFL or ...
-I'm guessing it's from the day before I left from Ironman Austria in 2015, when I threw out my Low R back, QL. Never really able to loosen that...

Just seemed to go away. No tightness from swinging legs nor stretching. Not entirely sure when it went away but it did.
