Virus. Sore throat and feeling cold and a bit dizzy at times. Overtired; didn't get much sleep on Thurday night and went downhill on Friday.
No training for a few days.
I got to spend a couple of days at home on the weekend, but was feeling well enough on Monday to at least go to work.
No running for 4 days. Stayed at home for most of the weekend and tried to take it easy.
