Tight during a couple of runs, very tight and sore at FWTN, so stopped. Tried to run the MSR at Riccarton, and tore it good and proper.
Healed soon after the collarbone break - a wee bit tight and tender after restarting jogging, but at least being unable to run meant extra rest.
Enforced rest due to breaking a collarbone seemed to fix it. Not a treatment I'd use again.
