Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Upper hamstring pain - mainly noticeably when I am sitting or doing faster running or uphill. Am doing lots of strengthening exercises and v limited short runs. I used to have this 'pain in the arse' on the right, now it is on the left. Yeah.

Not 100% recovered but am doing LOTS of physio exercises which seems to help. Just doing short runs.
