Sprained my knee on control 7 of the medium course at the US Champs. I jumped off a log about two feet into the pit with the flag. Painful, but I made it back from the furthest part of the course to the finish.
The next day the back of my leg was very sore all the way down, so I went to the doctor, and he prescribe pain meds and PT.
Yesterday I saw the PT, but I felt much better. Some soreness and instability so I am trying to follow directions--I don't want to tear up the cartilage like I did 20 years ago on the other knee.
