L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

pulled hamstring during tempo session. several causes. end of some harder training after not training for a long time so quite tight. didn't warmup adequately. new snow and loose footing didn't help either.

took a week completely off. worked out well as I had S on spring break so didn't have much time to train anyway
In future, need to be careful to warmup properly and not slack on the yoga and stretching.
