R Knee, Ligament tear

Lateral movement is affected. Pain ocurrs mostly below the right knee on the right side. Pains stretches into the calf and slightly above the knee. It feels twisted. I don't usually feel it when walking.
I hadn't been running or doing much so I'm not entirely sure that this has been healed. Time and rest seemed to make it better enought that I haven't felt it for a while.
