Left knee feeling 'bruised' inside and uncomfortable when I put my foot down and push not hard either) - like the joint is going is going too far back when straight?? And to cap it all - the right knee is now feeling painful if I twist on it......so having a weeks rest. More uncomfortable at rest than when running?? Weird.
Rest helped with gentle short and slower pace runs twice a week - stopped doing some exercises that impact on my knees. Bit optimistic on the long term view!
