Coming out of control 15 on day 2 of Love the Lakes event. Was tender running on it for the next three controls or so. Then, I guess, endorphins kicked in and didn't feel the tenderness anymore. Still, definitely was a bit slower and more cautious for the rest of the course. Iced it for 2 x 20 minutes that night at home.

When my ankle is weak following an injury, I try to wear ankle supports when I feel that this prevents further injury. However, I avoid wearing the supports when I don't need to, so that the joint gets a chance to stretch and get stronger.
