hip issue came on during the middle of a long run.. Weak and painful hip on the right side affected the step. Extreme tight piriformis. Took 9 days off, stretched/iced/rolled.

Feels pretty good now. Stretching daily, strengthening routine a few times a week and foam rolling before/after every run (and on non-run days) is helping
