R Hip/Pelvis, Groin Pull

Not sure if this would be my groin or hamstring. It's at the bottom of my butt extending down towards my hamstring. Not bad, don't even notice except on the first few strides uphill, then it goes away. Sometimes notice it climbing stairs as well.

Rest and cross training-still a bit tight at times, but tolerable.
