Bad twist running downhill, but thankfully no break or lasting damage.

Couple of things:
1. This took at least twice as long to fix itself as I thought it would. I got a similar (probably not q as bad) injury on a Norway tour once and was up and running again in a couple of days. Which basically just goes to show I'm not a teenager any more. The more I can prevent stuff like this through S&C/balance training, the better.
2. If anything, I should have taken the recovery more seriously. If it happened again I'd be tempted to take myself home and put my feet up - never mind that it's a bit anti-social.
