R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Rolled ankle severely while running into goat pass to watch the coast to coast. Heard snapping, couldn't move, felt worse than previous ankle break so I though I was in real trouble. Sat in mingha river for an hour to 'ice' it, managed to walk out, eventually picking up and running with the 4th place woman with the ankle feeling fine. Extremely painful to walk on for the next 3 or 4 days.

Finally seems to be coming better. Spent a lot less time running, with most of it being going gently over varying terrain. Spent more time on the bike to allow time to heal and it worked wonders.
