R Hip/Pelvis, Groin Pull

Ongoing since the Speyside Way Race last year I've had this niggle in my R Groin.
Physio at end of last year helped reduce pain and allowed me to keep ticking over with some training over winter but into new year I've tried to step up sessions to more quality and pain is increasing.
Wed run round Ury was sore by end of run, and Thursday intervals session was really sore before end.
18-03-14 - SRC Night trail run, tightened up about half way round a 15k run and got more uncomfortable.
21-03-14 - Still niggling when walking around, trying to do a few stretches to loosen but not committing to regular stuff. Need to be more focused on mending it (R.I.C.E.?)
24-03-14 - Still hurting at times, whole of top of R side of leg front and back stiffer than left. Yesterday after run my lower pelvis felt achy when I moved around with kids.
03-04-14 - Following last night's run not feeling too bad in morning. As day has gone on though I've stiffened up and the pain at base of pelvis is there a little. Really need to go get some more treatment I think.
