Doesn't bother me in general, but when I try to squat it hurts a lot. Felt 'popping' at some point during the wall ball set.

Time, and staying away from squatting... Still nervous about trying again. I hate hip flexor injuries- they are severely limiting yet there is nothing to do but wait them out.
