Grade 2 sprain of ligament above Calcaneus and Cuboid. It's not the ATFL, which is located higher. Happened en-route to CP12 during ranking league at Ngong Ping. Cannot put much weight on it.
R.I.C.E. Plus 8 sessions of physical therapy with Elton.
Learned a new taping method to have better support for the arch.
